Helping older and infirm people with physical and emotional care in their own homes, so they can stay safe, comfortable and independent for longer.

What we’re looking for

Care experience is welcome, professionally or from caring for a family member, but not essential: full training is provided
A kind, reliable and outgoing personality. If you can laugh or enjoy a good conversation, that’s even better
A driving licence

Part-time hours that work around family, studies or another job.

Comprehensive training from day one, including a Diploma in Health & Social Care at Level 2 or 3.

Regular supervision, specialist training and a friendly, open management style.

We’re a family-run team, and our carers work in the communities they live in.
